All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalised nature of our astrological readings, report generation commences within minutes of payment confirmation. All sales are therefore final from the moment of successful payment.

Exceptions & Corrections

If you submitted incorrect birth details, contact us at sage@theoldsage.in within 12 hours of your order. We will review your request and, where possible, regenerate the reading with corrected information at no additional charge.

If a confirmed technical failure on our end prevents delivery of your reading within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to either a full re-delivery or a complete refund, at your request.
