By purchasing a reading from The Old Sage (theoldsage.in), you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Nature of Service

The Old Sage provides personalised astrological readings delivered as PDF documents. By purchasing a reading, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Accuracy of Birth Details

The precision of your reading depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. The Shashtiamsha (D-60) chart shifts approximately every two minutes, so the Full Soul Chart Reading requires a birth time that is correct to the minute, and the Karmic Axis Reading requires a birth time known to within 30 minutes. If your birth details cannot support a reliable reading, we will tell you before any payment is taken. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you submit. The Old Sage accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies arising from incorrect birth data submitted by the seeker.

Delivery

Your reading will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 36 to 48 hours of successful payment confirmation. If your reading has not arrived within 48 hours, write to us at sage@theoldsage.in.
